Marisa Donnelly, M.Ed., is a writer/editor, teacher, coach, and digital strategist based in San Diego, California. She is the lead voice on Word & Sole, the author of Somewhere On A Highway, and the ‘woman behind the magic’ of our content creation, writing/editing services, and coaching.
In addition to this platform, Marisa runs Miss Donnelly’s Daily Apple, an educational services business providing individualized, intentionally-designed learning programs, a part-time microschool, and tutoring services to families looking for alternatives or supplements to public/private schooling.
She is also the founder of Momish Moments, a vertical dedicated to empowering journeys of motherhood; and the Co-Founder of Step By Step Parents, a resource platform for blended families.
In addition to her creative & community platforms, Marisa hosts the Word & Sole Podcast and loves to share others’ stories.
Marisa currently resides in Bay Park, San Diego with her husband, son, and their two dogs, Styles & Luka.
