Sometimes You Have To Let Go Of What You’ve Clung To

The truth behind all change, and conflict, and moments of unease in our minds—sometimes you have to let go of what you’ve clung to in order to grow.
It’s beautiful, albeit messy, that sometimes there are no answers at all. We must have faith that there is a reason, or a lesson, or some sort of purpose.
When I quit focusing so much of my attention and energy on what hasn’t happened, what’s coming, what’s next, I give myself room to focus on the present. I acknowledge that yes, I am imperfect, but not having the answers is okay.
Just exist and let go. Just let yourself be. Let what’s meant to happen, happen. Let life unfold all around you.
