Maybe today’s words have no real meaning. But it feels healing, in some way, just to say them. Maybe today I will just write to write.
It’s so frustrating to know that I’m pouring my heart out and someone’s plagiarizing it, pretending that it’s their words, their confessions, their heart.
Forgive us. For the snippets of you that find their way into a plot line, for the secrets you’ve whispered that somehow made it to the page. We’re passionate about both things—our words and you—sometimes we can’t keep them apart.
